Animal Clinic Of Tower Drive is a complete service veterinary hospital that offers cutting edge, compassionate medical care located in Middletown, New York. Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm; Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 7pm, and Saturday 8am to 1pm. We are a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Kelli Hewlett is native to Sullivan County. After graduating from SUNY Oswego, she pursued her dream of becoming a veterinarian at Ross University. While at Ross she won the small animal team surgery award. She then attended Texas A&M for her clinical year. Dr. Hewlett is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture and the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society.
Dr. Hewlett is interested in alternative medicine. She is currently offering acupuncture and herbs as alternative or as a complimentary treatment for many common diseases and musculoskeletal problems.
When not at the hospital, she enjoys spending her time with her husband, family and friends. Her hobbies include running, hiking, and biking. She shares her home with three adorable cats; Kitt, Centa and Monkey, as well as two active dogs, KD and Rhett.
Dr. Jessica Palmeri is a 2006 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts, West Indies. She received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Palmeri has worked in shelter medicine and private practice in the Bronx before relocating with her family to Orange County.
Her primary veterinary interests are geriatric feline internal medicine, ophthalmology and preventative medicine. Dr. Palmeri is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and is a contributor on the forums of the Veterinary Information Network (VIN).
Dr. Palmeri enjoys traveling, cooking, playing with her daughter and participating in various activities in and around NYC. She lives with her husband, daughter and their dog, Kitt, as well as their two cats, Forrest and Salem.
